What we collect

When you book a tour or apply for a visa on FindYourDubai.com, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone and WhatsApp numbers, current address, travel dates, and — for visa applications — passport details (number, expiry, date of birth, nationality) of each applicant. Our live chat stores the messages you send us together with the name you provide.

How we use it

Your information is used only to process your booking or visa application, to contact you about it, and to send you your confirmation, payment link and travel documents. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone except the government immigration authorities and service providers strictly required to fulfil your booking or visa.

Where it is stored & how long

Data submitted through our forms is stored securely on Cloudflare's encrypted infrastructure. Passport copies and photos are requested separately through WhatsApp or email after submission and are used only for your visa application. We keep booking and application records only as long as needed for the service and our legal obligations, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

Cookies & analytics

The website stores a small identifier in your browser only to keep your live-chat conversation connected. We do not use advertising cookies.
