Bookings & payment

Bookings and visa applications made on this website are requests, not confirmed purchases. We confirm availability and price with you on WhatsApp or email, and your booking is confirmed only once payment is completed through the secure payment link we send. We do not collect card details on this website.

Visa services

Visa issuance is decided solely by UAE immigration authorities. Government visa fees are non-refundable once an application has been submitted to immigration, regardless of the outcome. Processing times (24–72 hours standard, 24 hours express) are typical estimates, not guarantees. We accept a limited list of nationalities as shown in the application form.

Tours & cancellations

Most Dubai and Abu Dhabi tours can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24–48 hours before the tour. Group packages such as the Salalah Khareef tour have their own cancellation policy which we share with you before payment. Border fees, personal expenses and items marked "not included" on the tour page are payable by the traveller. Travellers are responsible for carrying valid documents (passport, Emirates ID) as described on each tour page.

Liability

We act as a booking agent for tours, hotels and transport operated by licensed third parties. We are not liable for delays, changes or cancellations caused by weather, traffic, border authorities or government regulations. Travel insurance is recommended for all trips.
